Providing emotional support, friendship, and spiritual care to Residents in Nursing Homes,  Assisted Living Care Communities, Community Based Residential Communities, Senior Apartment Communities and Home-Bound Seniors throughout the Fox Valley Area.

Shepherd's Care Community Outreach is dedicated to bringing loving emotional support, friendship, spiritual care and the good news of love, hope, and encouragement to the elderly and the many people who live in Community-Based Care Communities throughout the Fox Valley area. While providing Care to those we serve, we do not require that you belong to any particular affiliation to request our services, receive our services, or to partner with us through your financial giving. Shepherd's Care is committed to training volunteers who will reach out with love to the seniors in our community.

ALL of our services are provided FREE to the residents and Senior Adults we serve. We are completely donor funded by those who have a heart for Senior Adults and especially those who are living in Care Communities. Shepherd's Care Community Outreach depends on people who will partner with us prayerfully, financially, and by volunteering to help bring God's love to those we are called to serve through this mission. Shepherd's Care Community Outreach is a Public Charity 501 (c) (3) as designated by the IRS and all contributions, bequests, transfers and gifts are qualified to be tax deductible under the Internal Revenue Code.

We have been serving the Fox Valley Community for over sixteen years and it is our desire to continue to see lives changed as a result of our being able to reach out with God's love in many pratical ways.

Shepherd's Care Community Outreach exists to share God's love and compassion by providing much needed care to the elderly and those who live in the many Care Communities located throughout the Fox Valley area. It is our privilege to do so!  Each resident has a right to excercise their right to religious practice according to the Department of Health and Family Services Laws (HFS 94) to receive spiritual care regardless of their affiliation.
