Rich Engle, President
Rich is the Founder of Shepherd's Care Community Outreach started in 2008.
Rich worked on staff of a local church for 13 years and has served as an ordained
pastor since 2004. He is a full-time chaplain to veterans and their spouses residing at the Wisconsin State Veteran Home in King. His passion is for the elderly and all those living in Care Communities.
Dennis Nitschke, Board Consultant and Advisor
Dennis brings over 30 years of experience with State, Local and National Leadership.
He has a wealth of experience with organizational assessment, management and strategic planning.
This includes business, board membership, ministry and government. Dennis is a teacher
and a role model as a leader of leaders. His love has been shown by caring for his
own aging loved ones who lived in a care community.
Ron Sweet, Secretary
Ron is a talented, 30 + year veteran logistics and project manager for a large
corporation who also has a heart for community ministry and outreach to men and
seniors.
Diane Turke, Treasurer
Diane is a professional Senior Accountant with years of community service and experience
in social ministry and budgeting for business and non profit organizations.
Michael T. Schanke
Michael is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire with a BS degree in Health Care administration.
Mike has 30 + years of experience at Oakridge Gardens Rehabilitation and memory Center
and as the owner of several assisted living facilities in the Fox Valley, he brings to the table
his service to the long term care community and expertise in management and community service.
His experience on the Wisconsin Health Care Association Board, the Center for Health Administration
and Aging Services at UW Eau Claire and Leading Choice Network have all added to his wealth of
experience and his heart to give back to his community and profession.
